Creative Direction, Marketing, Public Relations & Web Development
Lee Erickson and Effie Siverts collaborated to redesign our all-volunteer bicycle advocacy group’s website. My goals were to update our site’s design, add new site features so visitors could see what we are involved with in our community, to improve site visitors ability to easily communicate with us, and to improve our ability to update and manage our site.
Lee was the driving force that got the ball rolling without hesitation for this project. She had a vision about what could be accomplished, with a reasonable timeframe, and she did everything she possibly could to assist me and prompt me for content or information she felt would best suit our new site. She rewrote content for many of our pages that looked very professional and improved when she spun her magic.
Effie has a creative ability to grasp my rudimentary color scheme and design ideas, while keeping in mind the goals for our new site, and turn them all into a beautifully designed website that functions really well for our needs, while employing current technology.
Additionally, Lee and Effie were able to meet deadlines and ensure that everything went off without a hitch when we went “live” with our new site.
As a result of our new website, I’ve received compliments from impressed cyclists and advocates who have visited our site, and I’ve received more contacts than ever before from cyclists who wanted to share their cycling experiences with us, join us, and volunteer their time with us.
Lee and Effie worked as a smooth flowing, cohesive website development and design team, which is not always easy to find, especially considering that they work remotely via the Internet and remotely from myself as well. I would thoroughly enjoy working on a project with either or both of them again.

Lee initially consulted with Global Delights, recommending and collaborating with Effie Siverts on developing our beautiful new website. Lee was also hired by our company for a period of six months to help develop our online and social media presence, as well as represent us in the community through business networking and community outreach. Lee proved herself to be very effective in those responsibilities and very organized in her work. Lee has a very outgoing and sociable personality and an enormous amount of energy and focus in whatever task she is performing. Lee has helped my business partner and myself quickly learn what it takes to navigate the online business world, and she has put us in touch with some great contacts in our community through her networking efforts. I recommend Lee as a diligent, organized, passionate team member for anyone who seeks someone with fire on their heels and the skills to match.

We hired Lee and Effie to help us to redesign our acupuncture practice’s website. Our goals were (1) to improve our ability to independently manage and update the site and (2) to improve our use of social networking and other technology to communicate directly with visitors to our site.
These goals required the skillful use of several fields of expertise: from the very technical (re-writing codes for existing web applications) to much broader marketing/branding considerations (creating a pleasing and consistent tone and visual experience throughout the site).
Both partners we dealt with on this project were knowledgeable and professional in every respect. Lee Erickson brought an infectious enthusiasm and a visionary sense of possibility that carried the project to its successful completion. Effie Siverts was both technologically savvy and an excellent communicator—not a common combination.
Lee and Effie are smart, capable and focused women who can help you use the internet and social networking to grow your business and realize your dreams. I recommend their services without hesitation.
